It was a pleasure to work with Victoria and we recommend her. I contacted her to show me her listing when I was getting the impression that I was running another realtor ragged and the other realtor was too busy to fit me into her schedule. As a conscientious professional, Victoria did not want to overstep another relationship, but was happy to show me her listing or as many homes as I would like to see. Victoria seemed to enjoy visiting home and home without making us feel pressured in any way. She always did research before we visited any homes and forwarded extra info compared to other agents we've worked with. She dove deep into every neighborhood with insight we didn't even think to ask (and we are very experienced home buyers.) Victoria was always early and she waited patiently for us to arrive. Victoria offered insight and resources to help guide us, but she made it clear that she was there to facilitate transactions and that she would ask as many questions or make as many low offers as we wanted. Instead of encouraging us to make a quick decision, she advised us to visit each property we were serious about at least twice. On the other hand, if she knew a property looked highly desired and was priced to sell quickly, she shared that insight to help keep us from missing out. Many of our offers were declined or we couldn't come to terms, but Victoria always stayed positive and said "let's just keep looking". We finally went under contract, but in this market we know that doesn't mean the house will close. However, Victoria did her part to build a great relationship with the listing agent to help make things go smoothly. She asked every question we had. She requested every document we wanted. She arranged access to the house for every inspector and contractor. Victoria did everything in her power to make sure that we closed on schedule. And when we decided to close early, she worked with the title company & listing agent to make that happen!
