Arranged visits were made with precision, always on time and with full consideration of the Homeowner's Property and Privacy rights. Communications with Sellers and Sellers Agents always direct, precise and prompt. Listing search remained focused in my target area but still included properties outside the target if the search parameters were a match. Observed a 24/7 schedule ( Sundays included ) with impromptu searches organized when and if a target property was re-listed.
