He handled issues with the builder directly and efficiently, which made otherwise stressful situations simple on my end. From our initial meeting with the builder to all future meetings, walk throughs, and closing, he was there for me and my family. We absolutely love our new home. Nina was absolutely wonderful to work with. Buying a house from five states away was a challenging task and we were heavily dependent on Nina with everything. She was not only our realtor, she was everything, and during the time of our search, she also became our friend. Long-distance buying is not an easy task and she never minded going to the house we were interested in and doing a video call or record and sending us videos so we can take a look at them. With the tough market, we faced many challenges and it took us a year to find a house we can call it home. I can't speak highly enough of Nina as our Agent. I known Eddie for awhile, but not as a realtor but a former supervisor(different department) but he is always there to help anyone whose needed his help in the company. I got in touch with him when I found him on Facebook, when I contacted him and tell him who I was, he is thrilled and still remember me. Eddie and I lives in the same town but my husband and I would like to purchase a house 2 hours away. He is willing to do it even it’s out of area. Even more surprising is that he is also a broker! Which is great! One stop shop!!! He is helping us from A-Z, starting from when we contacted him until closing, it’s took only few months! Unbelievable what this guy can do! If you are looking for an honest agent. All I can say is you can't get any better than Mrs. Karo. Mrs. Karo is so detailed, and hands on. She stayed on top of everything. She help us on our issues with the under writers. As they keep changing up what they wanted. To where it almost cost us the deal and losing some serious money. Thanks to her being so detailed and being on top of it. We where able to close on the deal. The house she found for us is perfect for our family. This will be our forever home. Basically I can't say enough great things about Mrs. Karo. She listen to us and took our needs into consideration and took realy great care of us. I would recommend her to anyone, and I wlill stand behind that statement.
