Larry was a true professional throughout the process, often times fighting for us to ensure that we received the home we always dreamed of purchasing. We moved to the area several years ago with the intent of renting short term and purchasing a house. We fell in love with a property that had just started being constructed (new build). There were naturally some issues with the covid related supplies shortages that held up the build, however, Larry was always available to discuss the progress and often times acted well outside of the scope of what a Realtor would be involved with to ensure that our build was completed and to ensure that we would receive everything we wanted in our new house.
