we actually never met Kelli in person. We met her online. She has been helping us look for a house in Clearwater for about a year. She has made the process of buying our house so easy. She was with us all the way and totally went above and beyond her call of duty as a real estate agent. She made sure that everything was done properly and legally, and that we had the right people such as service people to make sure the sale went smoothly. We could reach her all hours although we tried not to be too late she always took the time to answer our calls and all of our questions . She even got the locks changed on our house. Make sure we have the right inspection company and even gave us her handyman. she did an outstanding job considering we were 3000 miles away and we felt that we were completely taken care of. she lived over an hour away from our property, but was always there to let a friend in and whatever contractors were needed in order to pass our inspection. She dealt with the sellers agent which was not an easy task, and even got us an excellent attorney. There was nothing that she said no to. I found her to be friendly. We found her to be be friendly, competent, helpful, honest, truthful, sincere, and caring. Nothing ever rattled her. She is excellent at what she does. We had a great experience with Grace was very aware of our time table and made good effort to push our closing through to the end. She is very aware of the market and the area that we reside in, which is a huge plus. She kept constant contact and if there was a mistake on her part, she took responsibility and made it a point to rectify the issue. I would recommend her to anyone I know.
