David was the most dedicated realtor I have worked with and just an all around good person. He performed his function with integrity and relentlessly worked to ensure the process was as smooth as possible for me. He communicated every aspect on a regular basis and in real time. I live in another state and yet the process was seamless. He handled every aspect of this sale which included prepping the property which he did respectfully with a consideration to the family given the sentimental value. Elizabeth was wonderful to work with, and made us feel incredibly at ease during the purchase of our home. As first-time home buyers, we were intimidated by the process, but Elizabeth is highly knowledgeable and was great at educating us throughout the process. She was always available for our questions, and even spent extra time on the details such as digging into HOA financial documents and verifying permits on some of the homes we considered. She was also able to negotiate the price of the home down and secure several seller credits which allowed us the ability to make improvements and customizations to the home to truly make it our own. We can't wait for all of the memories we will create in our new space! And, when it comes time to upsize, we'll trust her with finding our next perfect home too.
