Gary was always available to us. He always sent us new listings from Zillow to check out. He actually video of the lot that we bought. Serghei was amazing throughout my whole transaction. I'm so grateful I had him by my side. He navigated the entire thing, negotiated with every offer that came through and jumped through all kind of hurdles and issues. He is patient and kind never a harsh word, even when I was so frustrated he kept his cool and guided me. He was my angel through the whole thing. If you don't use Serghei you lose.
