Miles did a great job for us. This was no small task, seeing as we were working together cross country. He also recommended a great mortgage broker for us. I will be recommending Miles to all my friends

Amazing caring realtor. The best I ever worked with. I loved working with her. She has excellent knowledge and 20+ years of my experience. She also helped with the moving process, told us what to do, and help afree we were settled. She still keeps in contact with us and is very caring and loving.

My Father and I flew down from Canada to buy a house in Melbourne / Palm Bay areas...we had a limited time frame of only 9 days and although, I had researched the Foreclosures Market and had a list of properties to see, we needed a Real Estate Profesional to guide us around and represent us on the buying process. I called and emailed a few as soon as we arrived on the weekend to find out that most real estate agents were not even returning our calls since it was a long weekend Sean Hartley did, and arranged for us to view the properties, and was quick to respond to our inquiries since he was sensitive to our time constraints. We are happy to say of the 3 ofers he put together for us , we got 2 of them accepted, and finally settled for the better one of the two. Sean even drove 90 miles to Altamonte Springs to be present and assist us with the Title Company during the closing, and recommended me very great valuable local resources to help us fix the House. Today there is only on trusted Real Estate Professional I will use and reconmend to buy a house in Brevard county....Sean Hartley.

We recently purchased a home in Cape Coral. We did not live locally, so her assistance was really appreciated. In addition to working with us to pay an acceptable price for the home we wanted, Elaine was exceedingly helpful throughout the whole purchase process. She helped us find a lender, coordinated the inspection, dealt with the local appraisal company, and coordinated with the closing agent. Whenever I had any questions that needed to be addressed, she responded immediately and always with a smile! It was truly a pleasure to work with her!

I highly recommend Roy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I had been through several real estate agents when a friend recommended Sean Hartley to me. Sean stuck with me through thick and thin. Even though it took me quite some time to find the right house, Sean never gave up on me and promised me he would find me a home. He did indeed found me the best house for what I could afford. Sean is a man of his word. He is honest, sincere and dedicated. If you are looking to purchase or sell a house, Sean Hartley is the man you want to get the job done!
