Ian was great when we moved from Philly to find a rental - he went above and beyond so of course we called him when we decided to buy. He was patient with us and showed us numerous properties always working to accommodate the schedule of 2 working parents. He's a local so he knows a ton about the area, schools, neighborhoods, etc.

Ian was great when he found us our rental after relocating from Philadelphia so it was a no brainer

Ian was great when he found us our rental after relocating from Philadelphia so it was a no brainer to use him when we decided to buy. He was always accommodating of our schedule and even met us last minute a couple times. He showed up (literally) whenever we needed him all the way to the closing table. We'd recommend him to anyone relocating from out of state or in state. He's very knowledgeable about the area.

Ian is hands down the reason I found and closed...

Ian is hands down the reason I found and closed on my first home! Could not be happier with the service provided! He was consistent and thorough and stuck with me throughout the 6month search. I have recommended him to close friends and family and will continue to have him as my agent as long as he is in the game. He genuinely cared about what was best for me and can not thank him enough. Do yourself a favor and call him.

Ian is the best realtor and I cant recommend him enough

Ian is the best realtor and I cant recommend him enough. He is very patient and works really hard. He has never missed any of my calls. I was referred to Ian from a mutual friend and I have referred him to my friends of which he helped. His negotiating skills landed me a brand new roof and AC unit plus $27k off of the asking price. We just closed on the 8th and that was because of his hard work getting the city to close out the permits so we can close in time. I highly recommend him ??
