We were lucky enough to meet Elaine almost 2 years ago. An old friend from high school from up north said he was sick of the cold and wanted to move to Florida. His wife did not. They had a trip planned, and could we arrange for them to look at a few houses? We met Elaine at an open house. We explained the situation and she sent us multiple listings over the course of several weeks. When our friends arrived she had arranged for showings of a few select homes. They fell in love with the second house they saw and suddenly the wife was excited to make the move. She also worked very hard to find our son a “starter” home, even though it would not mean a large commission for her. She led him through the pre-approval process and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately his loan fell through at the last minute, but she still continued working until his earnest money was returned. So happy to have found someone as dedicated and professional as Elaine to work with. Highly recommend.

1st met Elaine Feb, 15 while going through open houses with the thought of moving down here from MI. We went through 5 houses and 5 different realtors that Sunday. We told all basically what we were looking for, bedrooms, baths, garage, pool, etc. Next day she called us with 5 houses to look at if we had the time. We spent time with her looking and did apply for a mortgage, but was told we had to sell our MI house before we could get a house down here. We returned to MI and put our house up, Elaine kept contact during the summer/fall - send new listing that fit our requirements as they came on the market. We we returned to Cape Coral in the late fall - she was ready with houses to view. She knew exactly what we were looking for and that was all she showed us. I have already set her up with my brother later this month for him to look at housed and would recommend her to anyone that is serious about finding the house of their dreams.

Our family was looking for something beyond the average "cookie cutter" house, which isn't the easiest task in Pinellas County, Florida. Ideally we wanted to find something Mid-Century Modern, which was even more difficult! Working with Anne we were able to find two amazing Mid-Century Modern homes, and while we didn't get the first one, we did find the perfect home for our family in the second one. Anne really "got" our design aesthetic, and we loved working with her. Four months later we are still pinching ourselves that we really live here! Anne comes highly recommended, and we intend to use her again to find investment properties.

We were very satisfied with the service provided by Rey Acle. This was the first house we ever sold, so we were very ignorant as to the process and the best way to do things. Rey patiently explained everything to us and gave us many tips to follow. He was always available to answer our questions and concerns. He proved to be very trustworthy and responsible and we never had a shortage of prospective buyers going to see the house. We are very grateful to him especially during the last six weeks when we had moved out of town and he took charge of the entire process. We were able to sell the house sooner than we had anticipated.
