Heather is very down to earth and isn't pushy at all. She has a ton of knowledge and experience when it comes to real estate and also the loan process. Her understanding and knowledge is very beneficial and makes the home buying process much smoother. She was always available by text, email, and cell phone. Communication was excellent, and we were always updated. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
