What an amazing experience with Eddie. He was honest, efficient and knowledgeable. Prior to listing my home, he performed extensive research on my home and the neighbourhood and explained his findings to me in detail. He took every precaution during this Covid-19 pandemic and had multiple showings lined up a day after the listing went live. Eddie negotiated multiple offers and we were under contract the following day. I would highly recommend Eddie to anyone who is looking for a straight shooter, honest, and knowledgeable real estate agent.
