When I got ready to sell our 14 acre ‘farm,’ I wasn’t sure where to start. We had lived there nearly 40 years! I knew the process would carry lots of emotions. I asked a friend, a commercial/residential realtor, but we agreed that while he could do it, it was best to have someone with experience in selling property. Ray Seaman was the recommended realtor because of his experience with both residential, developed property, and raw acreage. The three of us met, it seemed like a good match.
