We can’t say enough positive things about working with Glenda and Ray. I really appreciate their professionalism and care throughout the process. Glenda does an excellent job anticipating each step of the sale process along the way and stays in constant communication to make sure everything is getting done timely. Glenda and Ray were extremely responsive for the entire process. They also selected wonder photographers and their signage was very sharp (the little details go along way). She is the BEST! Our experience with Monika has been amazingly satisfying. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Sarasota area. Her advice and support were key for us to find the house we wanted. She was very patient with us, both in explaining the markets, prices, location, resale, etc as well as the best way to submit the offers. Very responsive, and genuinely and extremely helpful. Rose Parsons helped us immensely by selling our parents house in Clearwater during an uncertain time with the coronavirus pandemic in July 2020. She handled everything very professionally for us from start to finish. We wanted to sell as-is due to a large number of updates needed and even the carpet was badly stained. After we cleared everything out Rose came in quickly with her own decor and staged the place in a great beachy theme which really spruced the place up. We started getting offers right away after listing, some obviously from investors. Rose told us that’s to be expected and to be patient but we didn’t have to wait long. After an open house and under three weeks we received a full price offer and were able to successfully close on time. Rose is very lovely and upbeat and we would highly recommend her to anyone needing real estate assistance.

Shelia was very personable, easy going, and professional when I met with her about purchasing my house. She answered all my questions, knew all the features of the house/shed, and took time to discuss financing options. After the purchase was complete and we moved in, Shelia took the time to follow up to make sure everything was going well. I truly enjoyed my experience working with her. I was never pressured to make any decisions and she made herself available when I had follow up questions during the purchasing process. I would use her and recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent. It should be noted Shelia was the sellers agent and my first encounter with her was when I showed up to the open house. I was very impressed and pleased with the whole process.
