Working with Carlos on the purchase of my first home was a great experience. He was extremely responsive and informative. He also went the extra mile several times, doing Facetime showings for me when I wasn't able to visit a home in person, arriving early to the builder's office to check it out and ask questions that I wouldn’t have even thought of and more.
