Explained every step Call/text back quickly Professional pictures plus physical pictures for potential clients Helped maintain the home when it was empty He helped arrange for work to be done on the home. (Scheduled, attended, made sure pictures when taken to prove the work was completed.) He anticipated and prepared for the next step. Communicated well. Plus his wife is a realtor and she helps, so you are getting two for the price of one. You might just get a special gift after closing. He will definitely be my first call when I buy or sell my next property.

Bill Winters 3 reviews 2 months ago Being new to what the communities within The Villages were all about and which of those locations would best for me based on my lifestyle, Tammy went above and beyond the duties and responsibilities of your basic real estate agent. Although we lost several listing due to a extremely hot market at the time she never wavered or lost interest in finding me my perfect home. I say perfect because in hindsight it was my home today was better suited for me and more importantly the best home when compared to all the others we saw liked and subsequently lost to "pending agreements". In closing, very happy with Tammy in all aspects from introduction to closing and even after closing offering names, companies and contact numbers for various areas of upkeep and repairs if needed which in my experience many agents if not most agents would forget and move on to their next client. Tammy was there for me any time I called and I believe she would be there today if ever I needed anything... Like
