I researched many Real Estate Agents and Agencies in the Tampa Bay area and based on many prior positive reviews my wife and I decided to go with Michelle Mandia at the Houwzer Group. Michelle was with us from day one to close and promptly answered any and all questions having to do with our listing and subsequent sale. Michelle's skills and her knowledge of the market price-point resulted in an offer above our list and an accepted offer within 5 days of our listing. My wife and I had done many upgrades and renovations on our home and our goal was to sell to a family so they may be blessed by a great house in a great neighborhood, just like our family was. Our prayers were answered as Michelle and her associates highlighted every updated feature and with expert photography and a lovely video presentation our listing was posted in all the right places and ultimately landed in the hands of a family. Throughout the short course of the listing my wife and I felt like we were Michelle's exclusive client as she was always available to answer any and all questions we had. We truly felt like she had our back through the whole process. From start to finish Michelle was personable and knowledgeable of the climate of the housing market. The consummate Real Estate Agent.
