We met Toni about 2 ½ years ago in Pass-a-Grill and shared our dream of moving to Florida someday. She gave us her business card and from that day we’ve had a great experience working with her. Toni setup some searches for us as we were originally thinking Villa or Mobile home, but after some viewing we decided to go with a house. To top it all off we were searching during the pandemic and all the crazy people making outrageous bids and me being of sound mind would always submit a bid I felt comfortable with and yes it usually turned out to be close to the lowest bid, but not once did Toni flinch and said you need to bid higher… If we were really interested in a house she would hop in her car and drive down to look the house over for us and provide us with an honest opinion of the house. This was very much appreciated as we lived out of state. After many bids we ended up building a house in Englewood and although we have only been here 1 month it was the best decision we could have made and Toni help guide us through the process. She would drive down to take pictures of the building progress for us as well, always going that extra mile. We love our new home and the SWFL life!!!
