I was the executor for a family member and with that comes lots of responsibilities and learning. Not only was I selling a home, but figuring out the process being an executor , selling and donating items from the house and getting the home ready from out of state. This was also an emotional time for the family. Diane made this process incredibly smooth and reduced the stress. I knew I was in good hands. She knew exactly the steps that needed to be taken and went above and beyond to make sure we thoroughly understood the process. She helped us focus our efforts in home prep to assure we could generate interest from buyers and get the best price possible. This made the process so much more efficient and stress-reducing.
