I 100% recommend Evins to anyone and everyone. He is kind and caring. Made the process easy for me. Which say a lot. The market is hard and discouraging right now. He always keep me having a positive attitude. And insured me the right home for me would come up. And it did. He explain everything to me. And found a house that worked for my location and needs. He was willing to go the extra mile in insuring I got my house. He was also very honest throughout the process. There were houses I would over look major issue just to get my first home. Some house way overpriced for what it was. Evins made sure I knew the fact and had my best interest in mind rather the closing on a house I would not like or would like but not love. Alex is such a pleasure to do business with. She was with me every step of the way. Through finding this property, to inspections, getting a new roof negotiated, getting insurance, closing....everything. She was with me at every appointment and even attended the closing, which I have found that with other lenders your on your own. Not Alex. She goes above and beyond. Christina was the best realtor I have ever had. I have purchased 7 homes so far in my life. This was the easiest. Christina and her husband Kris were extremely knowledgeable about the area and about homes in general. They helped us determine how much work would be needed on each property we viewed. When we chose to make an offer they were spot on with how much to offer and helped to get our offer accepted. They were happy to get us access a few times before closing as well.
