We already had a realtor when we met Dawn. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell herself. She even offered to answer questions even if we stayed with our current realtor. The market was very competitive at the time and we had lost 3 houses with our realtor. We found a house on our own a week after meeting Dawn and we decided to see what she could do for us. All we can say is 21 days later we CLOSED! Dawn did it all. EVERYTHING! Even our mortgage lender couldn’t believe the communication. We had no idea what we were doing. She just kept saying leave it to her. The whole process was so smooth start to finish. Our work schedules were extremely busy and we could not make a lot of inspections or even meet the mortgage lender to drop off our deposit. Dawn took care of it, over an over again.
