To simply state it, working with John made our lives easier. We flip houses for a living and that in itself can get hectic. Once we met John we knew we wouldn't have to worry about the in and outs of the hectic selling process. We were right...he completely took care of everything (and take note that we had a hectic transaction with an appraisal situation). He alerted us when we needed to do something, but otherwise he kept the transaction on track for us. Great listing agent! Use him, you won't be disappointed!

We were looking for our new home in FL from KY, and although Rosie lined up numerous properties for us to see in person when we visited for a 10-day stay, we didn’t find the right place when we were here in person. That didn’t stop her! She continued to view homes for us even though we were back in KY finalizing the sale of our farm and packing to make the 900-mile move! We must have had her look at 10 more properties until she was able to find “the one”! She was kind enough to face time with us to “show” us the property and negotiated on our behalf. Rosie has an unstoppable energy and her enthusiasm is genuine! She’s extremely knowledgeable about the market and will not stop until you’re satisfied!!!
