Terri was very professional and aggressively looked for properties that met our desires. She was a great communicator and very responsive to all emails, texts and phone calls. No question was left unanswered. Would most definitely do business with her again and will refer to others. From the beginning it was like working with a family member in a good way. Nisrin is extremely knowledgeable and very communicative. I have had past agents that shaped my viewpoint on how the process should be— apparently I got the bare minimum… Nisrin came in and changed my idea on how the process should be. She guided us through a hectic last-minute sale : our timeline went from one year to one month with a major life event. We were in a rush to sell. I honestly could not have done this with anyone else at the given point in time. The staging and the listing were so inviting. She knew how to assert her skills and market the area and our home. Since I had the backing of Coldwell and Jason to assure me that this cash deal was for real, we took the offer. I got more money for the house then expected. Buying a home is not easy especially when there are obstacles such as credit history, pay rate, the house market value and the added stress of a pandemic but Mr. Smith made my home buying experience as smooth as possible. In 2021 I started looking for a home but honestly I was becoming discouraged because the prices were high even though the interest rate was low plus the competition was real difficult to beat, but MY realtor was there throughout every step, every tear drop and throughout my failed attempts of getting a lucrative contract. However, he did not stop trying and kept me going even when I called him late at nights, sent text messages with emoji's and harsh words due to my frustration. Mr. Olufemi Smith kept me grounded YESSSS he found me a home. Initially when I started this was March of 2021 and we signed our contract on June 4th but I guess with all the issues I had previously it was not enough because then the city found an issue with the home but we stayed hanging on for dear life to keep the contract up to last week when I CLOSED on my house in 2022. I am here smiling because if you knew how long and how hard I have worked to get a home you would understand. Mr. Smith not only made multiple addendums, he went above and beyond my high expectations and delivered EVERYTIME. Now you wonder why I am still typing away with this review but I cannot find any fault in the way he showed professionalism, courteousness, knowledge and just down right full on experience when maneuvering the fluctuating market. They say experience teaches wisdom and I am really happy that my realtor stayed by my side while ill last year as he made my contract stick and he made sure that I walked away from the deal with everything I wanted and more. Listen to him as he was able to help me through the tedious process with my loan, playing the waiting game with the city/seller due to issues in the home and I am ecstatic because I AM FINALLY A HOMEOWNER DUE TO Mr. Smith. Thank you.

Nisrin was an absolute pleasure to work with. We listed our house while we were in the market to purchase a new home. Buying the new home was very dependent on selling our first house. Nisrin walked us through the process and got us under contract on a new home and our current home under contract very fast. She was always very responsive to all our questions and really helped us juggle the transition of selling and buying at the same time. She somehow managed to juggle all the home tours of our house as well as getting us to view houses, inspectors, appraisers, surveyors, etc. while constantly keeping us in the loop and never proceeding without talking through all our opinions. This really removed a ton of stress, headaches, and frustrations we could of had. We can not thank her enough for all the extra things she did to make the process as smooth as possible for both the the selling and the buying process.

We met Toni about 2 ½ years ago in Pass-a-Grill and shared our dream of moving to Florida someday. She gave us her business card and from that day we’ve had a great experience working with her. Toni setup some searches for us as we were originally thinking Villa or Mobile home, but after some viewing we decided to go with a house. To top it all off we were searching during the pandemic and all the crazy people making outrageous bids and me being of sound mind would always submit a bid I felt comfortable with and yes it usually turned out to be close to the lowest bid, but not once did Toni flinch and said you need to bid higher… If we were really interested in a house she would hop in her car and drive down to look the house over for us and provide us with an honest opinion of the house. This was very much appreciated as we lived out of state. After many bids we ended up building a house in Englewood and although we have only been here 1 month it was the best decision we could have made and Toni help guide us through the process. She would drive down to take pictures of the building progress for us as well, always going that extra mile. We love our new home and the SWFL life!!! My experience with James as my realtor proved to be a knowledgeable one. I was very naïve about how to sell a home and James through his expertise and communication skills made me feel right it is what I didn’t know he answered and he even listen to me when I didn’t understand something I wanted to vent. James managed to sell my property within three days of a listing and I would hire him again, because I felt like I hired my best friend. He was very knowledgeable about the area prospect of me selling and also was comforting to me so that I was not worried about it. He did a great job!
