A property popped up on Zillow that my wife was interested in - on a Sunday. My wife wanted to tour the property, so we contacted Joel. He was able to get us in that very day - on a Sunday. It was a blessing that he was so responsive, because we were the "first offer" which ultimately allowed us to get the property, which was highly desirable. Joel knows Dunedin well, and is who I would recommend to any person looking to buy or sell a home in this area. He is incredibly responsive and personable.
