Outstanding Agent
After having our house on the market with another agent and agency, I felt like we were just going no where. I was searching for another agent and found Todd. He and I quickly hit it off and his energy and positive attitude was infectious. In 72 hours, he devised a strategy and explained all aspects involving the sale of our home. His market research and truthfulness was important to establishing the correct asking price. As a result, the home sold in less than 30 days and closed in another 45 days with an out of state buyer. Had a great real estate experience
The Middletons are what everyone looks for in a real estate agent. They were responsive to calls, texts and emails and are very knowledgeable as to the market. We discussed my concerns and ideas in selling my home and I was always impressed by how professional they were. Todd Siegrist was instrumental in my selling of my condo.
I had my condo for sale with another agent for almost three months and did not have one call on it. When I went with Todd, we received a request for a showing the very next day. He was able to show it quite a few times and within a few weeks he had a cash buyer for us. Very professional
Julia was easy to work with. She was very professional and pleasant. Communication was on point and she has a solution for all things real estate. At no point did we get the impression that she was tired of showing us houses and she was never pushy. She is attentive to details, she listened to what we wanted and was never late for a viewing. Working with Julia felt like working with family, and I would choose her all over again.

Eye-opening!
There are so many details in real estate sales that we were not aware although we thought we were fairly knowledgeable. Todd was very informative; from sales tactics to home improvements, he knows all the intricacies involved. He was also very honest on the value of the home and an owner’s expectations. After being on the market for 6 months with no offers, we listed our condo with Mr. Siegrist. He sold it in less than 2 months. He was hands on throughout the process. Not to mention, he is a really personable guy and a family man.
