Trude Moyer is very knowledgeable of the current selling market in my area. She could present current data to back up her words. The communication ability of the agent was wonderful. She used simple words and explanations of the whole selling process. If I needed an explanation she treated me with dignity. Her professionalism is impeccable. She was always on time for Open Houses etc. She always answered the phone and returned calls in a timely manner if needed. Even after the closing she is still helping me wrap things up with an unexpected utility notice! Trude Moyer is an outstanding realtor and an awesome person!

We had our house on the market for a year, when Sonja and her team took over, we sold and closed on the house in a month. Sonja talked to us before we started selling the house on the best price and what she can do. Sonja and her team had an open house, and we received offers, and Sonja guided us through the process and what offers would be best for us.
