He truly listens and does his utmost to find what you are looking for and really negotiates for you. He even goes beyond that, watching out for his clients and helping you with information on the area. He was such a blessing to have as a realtor during this difficult move, leaving a county I had lived in since the 70s and looking out for me with things I might have missed. It was wonderful to find Paul Virgadamo after firing one realtor and interviewing at least five more. I had been sorting through different realtor referrals in a vast sea of hyper-stylized websites, cutesy team names and cliche Facebook posts.
