When I got ready to sell our 14 acre ‘farm,’ I wasn’t sure where to start. We had lived there nearly 40 years! I knew the process would carry lots of emotions. I asked a friend, a commercial/residential realtor, but we agreed that while he could do it, it was best to have someone with experience in selling property.
