My wife and I contacted Krista on a referral from a friend in helping us to purchase a home in South Florida. Best referral ever. We were diving into a very hot seller's market and using a VA loan for our purchase. We had a pretty wide geographical area as we didn't want to be laser focused on one area and lose out on what could be a dream home. Krista was amazing from the start. We went over what we were looking for and she started sending us leads right away. The first house we looked at was on a whim. I was out with my kids on a Saturday and did a drive-by on a house. It was vacant so I call Krista with a couple questions. She jumped in her car and drove right up to meet me so I could see the house. That was not the only time that happened. The first offer we put in on a home was similar. I saw a house come on the market at around 5:30 in the afternoon after just getting home from seeing other houses with Krista. I texted her and told her how this home looked promising. She said she would meet me there right away as it probably wouldn't last for more than a day. Our offer was ultimately turned down due to the fierce competition. House after house we looked at, Krista was always up front and honest. My wife and I never once got any kind of reply from Krista that she was too busy or anything. She made us feel like her only clients at times. We had 4 offers declined before having one accepted. She worked with us without judgement but with great advice on helping us to finally close a deal. Fate worked in our favor as we did find an amazing home right in the sweet spot of our budget just as my wife and I were losing all hope. She even took steps on her own to remedy an issue we had at the last minute before our closing. Krista is truly all you could ever ask for in a realtor. I could not recommend Krista highly enough.

We began working with Toni about 2 years before we decided we were actually going to move to SWFL. She created automated searches for us that would email us based on our criteria (as little, or as often as we'd like). We would ask her questions about different properties, and even asked her to check on a couple for us (even though we lived in North Carolina). She was always so helpful, and knowledgeable (and when we were here to visit properties, she always had cold bottles of water in the car for us). When we finally made the choice to move here, it was because I had gotten a job and I only had 4 weeks to find a house and close! When I thought we'd never find the right house, and that we'd be in an apartment for awhile, she worked the listings, worked with us (late into the evening) and found us the perfect house. So thankful, and we are still in communication now that we've lived here a year... nothing like making friends new new places

Let me repeat. Our house got sold in less than a day. And all that is because of Ralph. He exceeded our every expectations. Not bragging but our house was in excellent condition and we maintained it very well. But Ralph did an excellent job in staging as well as marketing it. More importantly he did a thorough market study and set the right list price. All of this helped us to receive multiple offers from single day of showing. His job did not stop there. He was taking care of the sale process through out the escrow and making sure all activities are progressing timely and without any hiccups.

Howard and his wife are a great team. Howard always portrayed himself professionally. He was very responsive towards any questions or concerns that come up. He dealt well with the other agents when purchasing our other home as well. Over all it was great experience working them both and would recommend them as well. Being first time home sellers during the pandemic, Frank made the house selling experience outstanding. He always kept us in communication during house selling process, kept us informed/updated of the next steps and was there to answer any questions that we had anytime in the day.
