Marsha is very pleasant and professional to work with. She was always respectful to the tenants, with whom she needed to arrange every visit of potential buyers. When taking the necessary pictures of the home for virtual viewing, she was respectful not to touch and move things in their home without permission. She handled queries with efficiency and verbalize her expertise on topics when it was required. She had good marketing knowledge as to what was happening currently in the market, which was helpful. Even though we never met, she took care of us! The property took 10 months to sell, but that’s just because of the market crash properties were dropping and too many available. When it got cold, she helped us by going over and turning the thermostat up checking on the property when we couldn’t once we dropped the price and it was sold in 10 days!
