I can't say enough good things about the manner in which Mango handled the selling of our house. I am a fellow licensed agent and as soon as I met Mango, I knew I wanted him to list my property instead of myself. It was worth the commission to know it would be well handled. As the listing day approached, we were all very anxious and excited to see it live on MLS. Mango was on vacation with his family and worked very late to ensure the listing went active when we requested. As a result, with an hour of the listing going live, we had an offer and we were under contract within 24 hours. This obviously is not typical, but the buyer's agent indicated that if we would have gone live an hour later, we would have missed out on hs client. It is a direct result of Mango's dedication and expertise that we were able to list and get contracted within 24 hours. Mr. Hai Ho listed and sold my property after it had been listed with another agency an extended period of time. Firstly, he assisted greatly in having us list it at a price that better aligned with market value. Once this happened, he advertised and held open houses repeatedly to have it sell.
