I met Valerie about 3 years ago when I began looking for a condo in South Florida. She showed me properties in various areas, varying sizes, and with varying amenities. She helped us thru every step of the process. We’ve bonded both personally and professionally over the past 3 years. It’s challenging buying property out of state, but Valerie made that possible for us. Her unwavering help and support was paramount. We didn’t get to see the property in person but trusted Valerie. When I got anxious, she calmed me down. She is non-judgemental, professional, open-minded, committed, friendly, and trustworthy. She always looked out for me - my best interest. I couldn’t ask for anything more. As noted, Valerie has become a trusted friend during this process. We’ve shared laughter, frustration, excitement, defeat, and then success! When I felt like giving up, Valerie was the reason I kept moving forward. She knew me. She knew what mattered to me and helped me keep things in perspective. It worked! We closed on our condo 7/26/22.
