Stephen was an exceptional real estate agent. This is the third home we've bought in 4 years. We've moved all over the United States due to my job, and Stephen is one of the best we've worked with. He's knowledgeable, prompt, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything goes well. After viewing some houses with him initially, he understood our style and immediately brought to our attention homes that might be of interest. He did virtual walk-throughs when we couldn't come in person and advised us during a bidding war with one of the houses we were interested in. We didn't get that house, but he knew our limits and what was safe to offer vis a vis the area and house we were looking at.
