About Joe
Cutler Real Estate asked Joe a few questions so you can get to know him better, and here are Joe's replies. 1. BA Cum Laude in English/Theatre from Xavier University CABR 2015 President CABR 2012 Realtor of the Year/Sales 2. -->Why did you choose a career in real estate? I know of no other business that one can go into and be completely self-sufficient for such a minimal initial investment: no inventory, no stock shortages, no lifetime savings at risk. And no other business that I know of gives the opportunity for financial success, coupled with that amazing feeling of accomplishment when you've helped someone buy or sell a home! 2. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? When the kids "left the nest" (after 22 years in the same house!), Norah and I left the suburbs and bought a new home in the middle of downtown Cincinnati, right in the heart of the urban core! Well, things change... we SOLD that house and with a tidy profit we built our “FINAL FINAL” house up in the Incline District of East Price Hill… One floor living, room for grandkids, and STILL close to the City and the Theatres we love (we'll just have to “uber” instead of walk!). We moved into our new home in June 2019 and we are having a BLAST! 3. How do you spend your free time? Theater, family and friends, travel. We also love just relaxing in front of the TV for our favorite shows or movies! 4. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be? TV (with full satellite service and DVR, of course!) Car Computer (with hi-speed internet access, of course!) The cat :) I better say that or Norah will kill me! My music 5. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you? Happy

I attended Elder High School for my first two years of High School before finishing my last two years at Oak Hills High School. I then attended Coastal Carolina University for my first two years of college before ultimately getting my bachelors degree in Business Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. After college, I fought mixed martial arts for a few years and worked in an assistant position for my father's real estate team. 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? I've been around the real estate business my entire life and I love the fluidity of it. Every day feels new and presents new challenges. Real estate allows you to control your own destiny and I really thrive on that freedom. I also just love meeting new people from different walks of life. 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I Currently live in the Incline District on the West Side of Cincinnati. I love everything about this area and it holds a special place in my heart. My family has been quite involved in this community for quite some time, both in business and personally. The Incline District has some of the best views in the City, a great theatre and a bunch of great restaurants/coffee shops! 4. How do you spend your free time? What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I live in Terrace Park, Ohio which is a quaint, pocket community on the east side of Cincinnati! It's a close-knit community where the kids still walk or ride their bikes to school and families can take their golf cart to the corner shop for some ice cream! 4. How do you spend your free time? What's free time with 3 kids?! Kidding aside, I love to read when I get a true "free" moment but I also love being an active volunteer for my kids' Cub Scout pack and Brownie troop, being a member of the local Kindervelt chapter and volunteering at the school! As a family, we take walks in the nearby nature preserves and ride our bikes together on the Loveland Bike Trail. 5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be? About Lauren
Cutler Real Estate asked Lauren a few questions so you can get to know her better, and here are Lauren's replies. 1. What is your professional/educational background? I graduated from Ball State University with BS degree in Marketing. Following graduation, I worked in the food distribution field for many years, as the Vice President of Purchasing. Following my passion for health, fitness and racquetball, I managed a racquetball facility, incorporating membership and league activity. My personal interest of real estate developed when purchasing rental investment property; I now acquire various properties throughout Cincinnati. 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? I truly have a love of homeownership! The changing markets, and the flow of the next up-and-coming hot spots are exciting to watch, but to assist someone to find their "home" or their perfect office spot, is so rewarding. 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I live in the southwest area of Cincinnati, simply called the Westside. Typically, when you are from the Westside, you may leave for a while but you always come back, as I did. The families here are deeply rooted with each other as generations grow up together decade by decade. Simply put, my children have gone to the same grade school I attended, the parents of their friends were my friends growing up, it's a place where neighbors know each other and go out of their way to help each other. The joke is that we Westsiders never leave, and maybe that is a good thing. 4. How do you spend your free time? Playing!, in the gym, on the court, in a boat. During those needed quite times, you may also find me in front of a canvas painting. 5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be? My wedding ring, family pictures, and my Jeep. 6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you? Empathetic

Excellent realtor with plenty of experience and VERY knowledgeable.

Excellent realtor with plenty of experience and VERY knowledgeable.

I had an excellent experience working with Victoria. From start to finish, she was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and it really showed throughout the entire process. She communicated clearly, stayed on top of everything, and made sure I understood each step along the way. Any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. What stood out most was her experience and attention to detail. She anticipated issues before they came up and handled everything smoothly, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the transaction. Overall, she made the home buying process far easier than it could have been, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent.

One of the most pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, considerate persons I've met in years.

Excellent communicator, consummate professional, intense negotiator, extremely helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable of the market. She is very detailed oriented, shows concern for her client's well being and is very personable. Morah goes beyond her duties and responsibilities and makes you feel like family. I've not met someone so kind and considerate in a professional capacity in quite a while and would highly recommend her to anyone selling/buying property anywhere if she were global.

Supportive with incredible knowledge of the market.

Joe Mock was incredible to work with as we sold our childhood home. He was patient and supportive as we went through the process. He advised us well on the preparation that was needed and appropriate pricing and scheduling. His advice resulted in an immediate sale at a fair price. We would absolutely use him again.

Literally the greatest real estate agent to ever walk the face of the earth

Literally the greatest real estate agent to ever walk the face of the earth

Joe was so patient and helpful and knowledgeable and when we asked for advice he straight up treated our house like his house to sell. He was invested in not only getting us as much money as possible, but in getting the buyers as much house as possible. He was never pushy, but if we weren’t sure which direction to go with a repair or reno, he said what it would be worth to a buyer and gave such great perspective from decades of selling homes. “This is worth it and more, that is not a priority, this should be done so you both have peace of mind, don’t spend much on this but do it if you can.” All over the place on a whole range of options, pinpoint accuracy for market value and buyer appeal. And then when it came to paperwork, he’d look over each doc before it even got to us, fix anything that looked off, and only send it to us when he could confidently say “you can sign it.” He caught so many little numbers and wording issues and saved us tens of thousands of dollars in getting the home ready to sell and sold. And then sold the house for more than we’d dreamed! I really feel like both we and the sellers got a great deal, and it’s all thanks to the guidance and assistance of Joe Mock. Best of all, we spent most of the process laughing and chatting and poking fun at each other. He’s the most charming guy to hang out with, and I simply cannot offer a higher recommendation for a professional or for a person.
