David was a terrific agent. I was so happy that I selected him from the group of realtors that I interviewed. He was very knowledgeable about selling/buying a home and was able to explain the procedures in a way that I could understand. He assisted me in preparing my home for sale by introducing me to workmen and then being by my side as repairs were made. If you are looking for an agent, you will not be disappointed if you select David. He is the best!

David helped sell our house in Charlotte in record time. We priced it to move with David's input on the price. That was in 1995. Due to divorce we contacted David in 2023 to help sell our home in Matthews NC. David and his family have been realtors for years and truly know the market. David had a challenge with the sale of our home in Matthews. A contentious divorce and house that had to be sold "as is" proved to be a challenge.
