Chris and Kandie are the best realtor there are. They are always polite, always quick to respond any request. They took personal interest in our house hunting, unlike other realtors that just set you up with email notifications, They actually study the houses on the market and only recommends according to our preferences, and personally call me to discuss the details of each house they recommend. That is precious and that is how a good realtor should be. I highly recommend Chris and Kandie and Country Real Estate. Five star is really not enough.

In 2017 we used Dante as our agent to purchase our first home. He was there every step of the way with us then explaining everything and making sure we understood all the terms and most importantly got us exactly what we needed at that time in a first home. We enjoyed that home for 3 years before deciding we needed an upgrade because we were expanding our family. It was no question who we should use as our relator. Once again Dante went above and beyond our expectations with helping us sell our home. He also had an agent he recommended In the state we were moving to. He checked in with us on both sides to make sure everything was going as expected. I don't know many realtors that would work while attending their brothers wedding!! lol. Dante did just that! Several times he worked late into the evenings to make sure our escrow was closing on time and all our questions were answered. Often times realtors can leave you feeling used and unhappy but we never felt that way with Dante. If we didn't move out of state we would use him again no questions asked!

Chris and his team members were knowledgeable, informative and accommodating with our schedules and extremely professional. Chris provided constant feedback and status during the closing. Dante was always on top of things and always kept me in the loop. I was out of state at the time. He got everything to me in a timely manner. Nothing held up the sale.
