Jim is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and honest guy. He was raised in the Paso Robles area and knows every nook and cranny of the county. He helped us search for the perfect horse ranch in Paso. He was tiredless in his pursuit of our property. We had set the standard of our new ranch pretty high. He would comb the county and then call us to come up from southern California, only if he found something that filled our parameters. He is always available and easy to reach. He was even willing to help us get comps to help lower our property taxes. Unlike a lot of real estate agents that act like used car salesmen, Jim always puts his customers needs first and doesn't try to pursuade you to buy "this perfect home", just to get the sale. He is truly a real gentleman.
