Jennifer was very knowledgeable about the homes she showed us and the area. After we purchased the house, she was extremely helpful between the period between purchase and closing and participated in the walk-through prior to closing, etc. I would recommend her.

One of the best experiences we have had with a listing agent. Jennifer made everything as smooth as possible especially during these difficult times of navigating through COVID. We listed our condo in Fort Myers just before the virus was making its way through North America. We had to go home sooner than we had expected. Jennifer was responsive to every showing and made the sale easier than we thought it could be from a distance and a different country. She checked our unit before each showing, making sure it was perfect and always updated us on the response from the potential buyers. Thankfully, things did happen quickly. Jennifer even turned everything back on for the buyers inspection and then shut it all back down for us. Truly, a great experience, thanks again Jennifer.
