Alice did a great job with my home. She was very knowledgable on pertinent topics from the initial pre-listing conversation all the way through closing. She was responsive to several unique requests I made in regards to sales activities, and was always quick to communicate and respond to questions. Alice Anne Jackson is hands down the greatest professional I have every worked with. As a professional with customer service experience, I often find it difficult to find someone who matches my own attention to detail, work ethic, and communication expectations. Alice exceeded all my expectations. She knows the market and gives fair and reasonable advice, she is a skilled negotiator, and she is excellent with communication and attention to detail. It's no secret that buying a home is a very stressful experience, but working with Alice really gave me a sense of peace and calm that I didn't think was possible. When an obstacle appeared she skillfully and calmly charted a solution. She kept in communication and answered all our questions throughout. I would recommend Alice for any purchase of any property at any time, but as an out-of-state buyer, I felt she went above and beyond. Throughout the home inspection and purchase process, I continuously thanked her for her advocacy, as she very skillfully identified our family’s goals and made the right moves at the right times in support of our goals. I’d say she is wise, intuitive, and ambitious, while also being kind, warm, and clever. She is the agent you want on your side. She will learn the things that are important to you and tirelessly work to meet your goals, even when you aren't watching. I received a recommendation to her directly from my sister who was blown away by Alice and now our family will never use another relator. People that stive for excellence are rare in today’s world – she is one of them. She never made us feel like she was too busy (even though I know she is in high demand) or like our concerns were unreasonable. She always got to the heart of the matter so she could work towards a solution. She is a problem solver with the best people skills. She offered invaluable perspective and was an absolute pleasure to work with. If I could, I would give her 10 stars!

Angela was phenomenal; I did not live in Orlando and it was a contentious divorce settlement re: house sales. Angela was tenacious she never gave up even when multiple contracts/offers where signed and put in motion and there was non compliance.She should specialize in divorce home sales. She went the extra mileon so many occasions ie.. informing us of possible squatters on property.

The sale of our home was VERY difficult due to a divorce. Angela Carney was EXCEEDINGLY PATIENT and went above and beyond to get this home sold. She should specialize in divorce home sales; I HIGHLY recommend her, especially if there is IRS involvement, and parties are resistant to sell property, and cooperate with divorce agreement. She communicated wonderfully with me and looped me in each step of the way. This was a VERY lengthy process 1yr or there abouts; but she NEVER GAVE UP!!!
