Kim was such a PRO! She was an amazingly organized communicator, was extremely knowledgable about the market, gave great guidance and suggestions and was so patient with the process...especially for us traveling in and out of the state. She was with us every step of the way...facilitated when we could not be present, so accommodating of our needs, enjoyable to spend 4 hours in a car with...almost sad the process is over. Absolutely would recommend! 10 out of 10!

Alice Anne Jackson was a huge asset in helping us sell our home quickly in a relatively stagnant market! She was very knowledgeable and helped us through the entire process. The photos and marketing materials she created for our home were top-notch! We had a bit of a bump in the closing process, but Alice Anne stayed in constant contact with us about what was happening and even went above and beyond by contacting the buyer's lender to get assurances that there were no issues with funding and that closing would proceed in a timely manner. We own three other homes in the Winter Garden/Windermere area, and when the time comes to sell one of those homes, choosing Alice Anne Jackson as our realtor is a no-brainer!
