Alice Anne Jackson is hands down the greatest professional I have every worked with. As a professional with customer service experience, I often find it difficult to find someone who matches my own attention to detail, work ethic, and communication expectations. Alice exceeded all my expectations. She knows the market and gives fair and reasonable advice, she is a skilled negotiator, and she is excellent with communication and attention to detail. It's no secret that buying a home is a very stressful experience, but working with Alice really gave me a sense of peace and calm that I didn't think was possible. When an obstacle appeared she skillfully and calmly charted a solution. She kept in communication and answered all our questions throughout. I would recommend Alice for any purchase of any property at any time, but as an out-of-state buyer, I felt she went above and beyond. Throughout the home inspection and purchase process, I continuously thanked her for her advocacy, as she very skillfully identified our family’s goals and made the right moves at the right times in support of our goals. I’d say she is wise, intuitive, and ambitious, while also being kind, warm, and clever. She is the agent you want on your side. She will learn the things that are important to you and tirelessly work to meet your goals, even when you aren't watching. I received a recommendation to her directly from my sister who was blown away by Alice and now our family will never use another relator. People that stive for excellence are rare in today’s world – she is one of them. She never made us feel like she was too busy (even though I know she is in high demand) or like our concerns were unreasonable. She always got to the heart of the matter so she could work towards a solution. She is a problem solver with the best people skills.
