We just recently moved into a newly-built home in Solivita in Kissimmee/Poinciana, FL. We absolutely love it. If it wasn't for Lynda, we wouldn't have known about it and wouldn't be here, because it was due to her suggestion that we came to visit this development. Lynda knew exactly where to take us, based on our stated preferences. It has worked out tremendously. Lynda was referred to us by a local realtor/friend and our initial contact was long distance via phone and emails. Lynda listened to everything we expressed in our desire to relocate from NJ to FL. When we scheduled to meet in person to look at a couple properties she had in mind, we were amazed at how much each one really fit our needs and wants. But she had a special spot in mind she knew we would love instantly. She was right!! It took a little over a year for our new construction to be completed, and Lynda stayed on top of the progress and met us numerous times when we came down to check on things. Finding someone who cares enough to go above and beyond is a rare thing these days. What a treasure Lynda has been throughout our journey and how nice to have her as our new friend!

It’s very easy to rate Lynda as a Realtor. Basically, she is very professional and attentive. However, it’s little harder to rate her as a human being. She is an extremely nice and helpful person. We closed our house about a month ago and she is still helping us with the house setup.between referring some contractors to put the last touches on the house and helping us during our stay at Florida at the hurricane Ian time. I will gladly and confidently refer her to all of my friends and family.

Our experience working with Lynda was wonderful. Lynda was patient and observant in relation to our home expectations. Lynda continued to offer us options and conducted virtual walkthroughs of several properties when we were no longer in the immediate area we were looking in. Cindy was amazing during our purchase of a new home She advocated with the builder to make sure things were going according to plan. When things became complicated with the builder,Cindy came by or call me daily to make sure things were moving in our favor. She has excellent knowledge of the real estate market. Cindy has become much more than just our realtor she has become a wonderful friend and a blessing in our lives! Her professionalism we think is second to none. She never misses a beat, she catches every possible issue at every turn and resolves quickly when it comes to the real estate transaction hiccups! She always looks after her clients best interest first and sacrifices on many occasions to be certain her customers are satisfied! One example is her due diligence in identifying a red flag when our lender miscommunicated on rate lock. In a conversation with Cindy we mentioned a conversation on rate lock we had with our lender… Cindy voiced concern that triggered us to call our lender to confirm we were locked in only to find out our lender miscommunicated and had led us to Believe it was locked when it was not. If Cindy had not voiced a concern we would’ve paid a lot more for our loan. Cindy also took lead during the last phase of the closing and communicating directly with our lender and assuring that our lender was on top of things. If it had not been for Cindy our closing would not have occurred and we would’ve lost our escrow deposit. This is just two of many instances where Cindy went above and beyond on both the selling of our home and the purchase of our new home.
