Lynda was recommended to me by my co-worker Angela. It just took one email to explain what we were wanting to sell and within a week our property was listed in the Multiple Listings. Lynda was very helpfull in figuring out the correct price for our property so we can have the property sold withing serveral months instead of many months (December was our contract end month). Although my mother and I were not in a rush, and we did hit a few pit falls, Lynda was so positive our sale will not take long. She was correct!!!! She was with us every step of the way and answered and explained the what's, why's and just plain huh's?
