Cindy has become much more than just our realtor she has become a wonderful friend and a blessing in our lives! Her professionalism we think is second to none. She never misses a beat, she catches every possible issue at every turn and resolves quickly when it comes to the real estate transaction hiccups! She always looks after her clients best interest first and sacrifices on many occasions to be certain her customers are satisfied! One example is her due diligence in identifying a red flag when our lender miscommunicated on rate lock. In a conversation with Cindy we mentioned a conversation on rate lock we had with our lender… Cindy voiced concern that triggered us to call our lender to confirm we were locked in only to find out our lender miscommunicated and had led us to Believe it was locked when it was not. If Cindy had not voiced a concern we would’ve paid a lot more for our loan. Cindy also took lead during the last phase of the closing and communicating directly with our lender and assuring that our lender was on top of things. If it had not been for Cindy our closing would not have occurred and we would’ve lost our escrow deposit. This is just two of many instances where Cindy went above and beyond on both the selling of our home and the purchase of our new home.
