My experience with Lori Aronsohn

My family inherited a triplex property in LA , but we live in the Bay Area and had not seen the property in decades. Our probate lawyer had previously worked with Lori and her associate Patricia. They are very familiar with the Silver Lake area and dealing with older buildings that have issues with “ deferred maintenance, “ tenant occupancy, and properties still in probate. They provided a good analysis of the changes in the housing market and complication after the fires. They also provided good resource information for services for packing up and clearing out the building and yard and for obtaining insurance on the property. Their awareness of the condition of the property helped us set a realistic price that resulted in multiple offers. They helped us understand every document involved with the sale and were skillful in negotiating a second offer after the first bidder withdrew. I would highly recommend Lori Aronsohn and her associate Patricia So to anyone looking for quality representation with the sale of a property.
