•We don’t have enough nice things to say about Dave! From the beginning he was helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and always did research of the house for us. We appreciated his patience as well- we were looking for our first Family Home, and he assisted every step of the way! We saw about 8 houses and he patiently allowed us to have open discussions as well as help with our little one (who sat in his lap and had snacks while we signed all the paperwork). He is kind, friendly and honest. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone in these current times and environment that you can trust and who will be honest with you, if that’s what you are looking for- look no further! Mr. Dave will also take the time to take calls after our little one’s bedtime and set up house visits that aligned with her nap times. He helped us close on the Wed before Thanksgiving, yet did not rush us or the process at all. He is someone we trust and would recommend to anyone and everyone! Hope this year is as great for the son and father duo as 2025!
