Dave Savercool provided expert advice and support to my husband and I during the sale of our home in Silver Spring, Maryland. We contacted Dave close to a year before we found and purchased our new home in North Carolina to be close to our son and granddaughter. Once we found our new home he continued to support and expertly guide us in getting the house ready for sale. Since we bought and moved into our new home prior to putting our home in Maryland on the market, he took care of day-to-day meetings with contractors.
