We met Olivia and her husband Taylor at a time when my wife and I were thinking about downsizing at an open house they were hosting. Well, we never made that change but for three years Olivia still kept in touch with us. Over that time, Olivia became just as much a friend as our realtor and she let us use her rolodex of contractors as well when we made some upgrades to the home during that time. Long story short, we ended up having to sell our home in Overland Park as we were moving out of state for a job I accepted. At this point, it was a no brainer that we would use Olivia. Not only is she caring, but she is very polished and professional so we were grateful she represented us during the sale. My wife and I have sold several homes in the past but Olivia by far was the best realtor we've ever had. Both Olivia and Taylor were an amazing team from start to finish. Even through the Covid-19 pandemic, they didn't miss a beat and we sold our home in three weeks for almost asking price. I echo one of the previous comments "With significant knowledge in real estate and construction, they are the perfect team that you want as an adviser in a transaction." All that being said, I strongly recommend them to anyone selling their home.
