8th Fantastic Transaction With Capri
Capri has been my agent since I moved to KC in the early 2000s. She has helped me purchase and sell multiple homes. Her deep realty insight and willingness to to go bat for her clients are extremely rare. If you are looking for an agent you can do no better than Capri.

She's a delight to work with and always professional, honest, and upbeat. Her depth of knowledge of the market is the best. She's the perfect mix of communicating, connecting, and good business.

Angela was THE best agent!! We just sold our first property and bought our second. Angela was the agent for both, and we absolutely could not be any happier with her services. She went way above and beyond time and again with us to make sure we had everything we needed when we needed it. She was extraordinarily responsive, professionally knowledgeable, and she could practically read our minds when looking at properties. She helped us find our perfect forever home and sold our townhome for a premium. She worked hard to optimize that sale. Our purchase was awesome too. Everything went super smooth because she made it go smooth, and she went the extra mile to get us the exact house we wanted.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Haley Epps. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Haley, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is above all honest, responsive, and hardworking. Haley equipped us with thorough knowledge of the local market, which really helped to take the pressure off of us.We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Haley walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Haley for that every day! We will always recommend Haley!

When it came to selling our home, Olivia and Taylor served as a tremendous asset and resource. Just like baking a cake, they have the processes in place and attention to detail necessary to make the experience a sweet deal! We are no strangers to the relocation and home sale process. Yet, we've never experienced this level of service. Olivia immediately had our home staged, professionally photographed and marketed. Taylor was so insightful on market analysis, repairs and had so many connections. Decisions were made easily because of their clear and continual communications. I recomend this team strongly and without reservation!

Haley came highly recommended to us from friends of ours and she exceeded our high expectations. She was quick to respond to our questions throughout our time working with her. We knew that she was very busy yet she took her time with us, as if we were her only clients. Even in the midst of an extremely busy market, Haley's communication with us was excellent. While the market made things challenging from a buyers perspective, she kept encouraging us the whole way through. We ended up finding an amazing home, perfect for our family, and for a great price. Haley and her awesome team made our home buying experience a great one. We will definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the future.
