Diedre This is the third time I have filled this out. You might get one or two or three reviews or none. Diedre was highly recommended and I quite agree that she was very professional in the jobs she did for me. She was professional at all times and I appreciate her honesty. It took some time to get the changes wanted by the buyers. She explained thoroughly what would happen at the signing appointments. It was a long wait it seemed but the people in the house that I bought did not want to move out until a certain date. It worked out but had to keep mowing and watering the yard, etc. I wrote more the last couple times I tried to get this completed so I know I forgot some things about Deidre. But I would recommend her to anyone. She explained everything that needed to be done and when. She was interested in selling my house and she found a house that I wanted to move into. A few years ago my husband would keep our yard in great shape and it looked beautiful even when we had to water several times because it was hot during those weeks. He could not continue with the yard work and my grandson and I were able to keep it looking okay. Then I hired my next door neighbor to take care of it for three weeks. He has a lawn and landscape business so he took well care of my yard. I know this is not very important but that neighbor told me today that the new owners have not mowed since signing the papers nor have they raked any leaves. That was September 10. Close neighbors take great care of their yards so I am sorry for them. This has nothing to do with the review but I don't want our former neighbors to look at a bad yard. One neighbor told them that the person next door does yard work, etc. Their answer was ' we haven't decided if we are going to hire it done or do it ourselves .' Diedre has exceptional knowledge of the Kansas City area and finding homes meeting our criteria. In addition, she was quick to point out areas and home conditions that would have caused problems. A great experience to know that OUR interests were her primary focus in finding a home that I consider a great value.
