We had a very odd situation with a buyer who "changed their minds" during the sales process for no reason. Philip was there every step of the way to help guide us through this situation. Philip always kept us up to date and explained what we could do - laying out all of the options for us to consider. He would provide suggestions when asked, but was always clear that whatever we decided to do, he would make it happen. He was there every step of the way through the process and successfully helped us get away from the first deal and seamlessly into a backup deal that went through quick. I highly recommend Philip and Amy for help buying or selling property.

Philip was awesome. As a first time homebuyer he was with me every step of the way. No matter the time of day he answered the call or provided me with the information I needed. Was present at all meetings with my builder and provided insight and suggestion for any areas I was u sure of. Very knowledgeable of the area,the process and provided me with a support team all the way through closing. My wife and I truly enjoyed working with him and would refer him and use him over and over again. If you are looking for a sharp, knowledgeable realtor who will work with you and for you I strongly recommend Philip and his team. We were blessed to have found him.

Philip has made this process so easy. He is very knowledgeable. He made sure we got the best deal, home warranty and even got us in contact with painters to paint our whole house at a great deal. They even remodeled 2 of the bathrooms. Philip was there every step of the way we could contact him day or night and he would respond. I would highly recommend him to everyone in the market.
