We were looking to move from Phoenix, Az. to the Raleigh area of North Carolina. With a few houses in mind, but no relator, my wife jumped on a plane and headed out with the kids. Philip was suggested through our mortgage company as having a very resourceful relator company. When we called to setup appointments for tours of the area and houses for sale, they had no relators readily available at that time. Philip then took it upon himself to take my wife and the kids personally in our search for a home. Philip was very accommodating knowing my wife was from out of town and that she was not familiar with the area. Philip always presented multiple choices on the days he took my wife to tour houses at various times. Philp delved into our criteria of the type of house and neighborhood that would appeal to us, along with good schools and activities in the area. Philip was also very patient with the facetime calls my wife and I were on, so that I could also see the house and areas. When we selected a house, Philip stayed the course with the negotiating and the detailed feedback from the appraisals and inspections, and also the final price for our offer on the house. Philip was sure to not only answer and address our concerns, but was very knowledgeable on asking and bringing questions we would not have thought of, through his years of experience. In the end we are tremendously satisfied with our new home and we are very grateful that we had a gentleman and an experienced relator on our side to guide us through the process.
